The Delta Electric Servo Press is a high-performance and energy-saving machine with no traditional press parts (e.g. flywheel, pneumatic cylinder, press motor, clutch, or others).The press adopts AC servo motors that propel a low-backlash ball screw and press punch, along with sensor and control parts, to precisely adjust load and achieve high-repeatability processing quality. The machine features multiple control modes with flexible combinations to perform real-time press monitoring that not only helps reduce press yield rate and damage, but also saves cost.
